We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, and pricing.

6. Orders and Payments

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

  • We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Payments are securely processed through Amazon Payment Services (Payfort) and other authorized payment gateways integrated with Shopify.

  • All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable VAT where required.

Orders within Saudi Arabia are shipped via Aramex and typically delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

8. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and cancellations in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and our [Return & Refund Policy].

  • Complies with Central Bank of the UAE guidelines, data protection, and anti-money-laundering (AML) laws;

  • Follows APS’s technical integration and legal requirements to ensure secure and transparent payment processing.
