3. Scope of the Platform

Brandola Marketplace operates as an online marketplace connecting customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and beyond with global and local brands. We act as intermediary service provider (“service provider” as per the E-Commerce Law) and provide the platform, fulfilment and logistics arrangements, but individual brand owners and sellers remain responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, imagery, pricing, and compliance with applicable laws.

4. Consumer Information & Contract Terms

In accordance with the E-Commerce Law and its implementing regulations:

  • Contract terms and conditions are available for review prior to placing an order and will be sent to the consumer in electronic form.

  • We endeavor to ensure the price of each product is clearly stated along with all applicable fees and delivery charges.

  • The consumer has a right to terminate the contract within 7 calendar days of receipt of goods (cooling-off period) if the goods are unused and in original condition, unless an exception under the Law applies. (Al Madani & Company)
