Welcome to Brandola. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver all orders made through our marketplace, in compliance with Amazon Payment Services (APS) regulations and regional e-commerce standards in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.


1. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Brandola is operated by Establishment ARBE VACHIN Commercial, a registered Saudi business licensed to engage in online sales and cross-border e-commerce activities.
We comply fully with Amazon Payment Services (APS) and Central Bank of the UAE regulatory standards, including:

  • Maintaining a valid UAE and KSA commercial registration for e-commerce operations.

  • Holding an active corporate bank account under the registered business name: Establishment ARBE VACHIN Commercial.

  • Operating an active and transparent website that displays clear Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Contact Information.

  • Integrating with Amazon Payment Services following all technical and legal guidelines, including bilingual (Arabic & English) checkout compliance.

  • Adhering to UAE Central Bank rules on payments, anti-money-laundering (AML), and data-protection laws.


2. Shipping Partners

All orders placed through Brandola Marketplace are shipped via our trusted logistics partner Aramex, ensuring safe, reliable, and fast delivery across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and selected international destinations.


3. Payment & Order Processing

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorisation through Amazon Payment Services or another approved payment method.
Processing time: 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Once processed, a tracking number and shipment link will be sent to you via email or SMS.


4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Saudi Arabia: 3–5 business days via Aramex

  • GCC countries (UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar): 5–7 business days

  • International destinations: 7–10 business days (depending on customs clearance)

Note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, or due to customs or courier delays beyond our control.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and selected service.
All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completing payment.


6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You may also track your shipment directly through https://www.aramex.com/track using your tracking number.


7. Delivery Attempts

Aramex will make up to two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, they will contact you to reschedule.
If delivery remains incomplete, your order may be returned to our facility. Re-shipment fees may apply.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, Brandola cannot be held liable for delays resulting from customs clearance, incorrect addresses, natural events, or courier issues beyond our control.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not reach you within the estimated timeframe, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Our team will immediately coordinate with Aramex to investigate and resolve the issue.


10. Returns Related to Shipping

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details about returns and exchanges related to shipping or damaged items.
